7 stays matched · Book direct with Michael to save on OTA fees
Modern travel booking marketplaces have quietly shifted into high-fee corporate aggregators. When you book a Mammoth vacation on Airbnb, VRBO, or Expedia, they add 14% to 20% in guest service fees, PLUS local lodging taxes calculated directly on top of those extra platform fees—driving total third-party markups to well over 20% to 25%+.
By booking directly through Mammoth Lakes Condo Rentals, you deal 1-on-1 with local property owner Michael Tikunoff. You pay the transparent nightly rate and cleaning fee—and zero arbitrary platform commissions.
Beyond substantial financial savings, direct booking gives you immediate cell phone access to Michael for custom arrival timing, authentic local recommendations, and peace of mind.
